Production Time: 2-7 business days (varies by product)
Orders begin production immediately after purchase. We cannot modify or cancel orders once production starts.

Shipping times vary based on your location and the print-on-demand supplier's fulfillment center.

Shipping times do not include order processing time.

 Tracking Your Order

 Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking updates.

Use our Order Tracking Page or check with the shipping carrier for real-time updates.


5. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time frame:
Check tracking updates – Sometimes, carriers experience delays.
Contact the shipping carrier – They can provide the latest status.
Email us at support@capitalbrand.com if tracking shows no updates for 10+ days.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages marked as "Delivered." If this happens, please check with your local carrier or neighbors.


 International Shipping & Customs

 We ship worldwide! However, international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which vary by country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

 Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order.


 Order Issues & Returns

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@capitalbrand.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement if applicable.
